I am totally impressed with Derek's support and help in getting a few glitches out of a new site I am working on.

Not only that, but many so called support-guru's could learn from Derek. His openness and quick response is what makes the best shine.

His Joomla contribution is a wonderful piece of work. It is the first one out of the hundreds I've tried to give me 100% satisfied results. Most of the issues I faced were solved by a second pair of helpful eyes.
